Session Tracking
Many shows feature seminars and training sessions. We can provide hardware, software, and technical support to help you track attendance to your sessions. We can provide session tracking hardware for any number of sessions and room capacities.
We recommend using 1D barcodes for session tracking. Each barcode contains each attendee's unique registration identification number. The barcode will be printed on each attendee's name badge and scanned easily and quickly by room monitors as attendees enter each session. A file containing attendance data from each session will be available at the end of each day. Our on-site staff will train each room monitor on equipment use and session protocol.
