Lead Retrieval
We provide lead retrieval services to suit each one of your exhibitor's needs. Our equipment can be programmed to read magnetic stripe plastic cards, 1-D barcodes, PDF-417, or Datamatrix. Exhibitors scan attendee barcodes and demographic information is captured and saved by the reader and/or printed on paper. We also provide a series of pre-programmed " Advanced Qualifiers" (Examples: Call Immediately, Send Samples, Send Literature) on a sheet of paper that exhibitors can use to further qualify their leads. Exhibitors may also choose to create personalized "Action Codes" that reflect their own qualifying needs such as a model number or specific product name. Each unit is downloaded following the end of the show and leads are delivered via email within 24 hours. The leads are send in .txt format that can be easily imported into Excel, Access, Act, or other database programs.
